| Big Boy Evictions started in 2000 with a group of friends / investors meeting each week to master mind. In 2003 we formed an entity called Big Boy Buys Houses. The core our customers was non-wanters home owner, primarily acquiring homes from probate or children moving their parents into Assisted Living Facilities. We found these homes were poorly managed, due to these new owners not being experienced in taking care of rental houses. So, in addition to buying we started helping with the difficult process of management, including evictions. Big Boy Eviction was created in early 2004. Our primary goal of buying property for ourselves soon changed into providing the one of the bests non lawyer eviction services in the Tampa Bay area. As we still are active in all facets of real estate market, we also created additional support in having weekly networking meetings. Our experience have enabled our customers to not only save time and money, but allow them to focus on their passions. We are constantly looking for better ways to serve you, and the community.

MARTIN
P. BARRETT:
 Martin P. Barrett has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1976. He purchased his first property in 1988 and has over 15 years of experience in all facets of business structure and systems. His expertise ranges from management, purchasing agent, revenue enhancer, funds distributor, publicists, mentor, client advocate, and multi-level Advisor.
Martins has devoted his energy solely to working in real estate since February 2, 2000, though he has been buying and selling since 1988. The experience has provided him opportunities to learn all aspects of real estate acquisitions and the experience has been developed entirely through hands-on application with multi family properties and single family homes. He has developed effective networking with landlords, contractors, lawyers, mentoring groups, property and project managers.
Martin has developed systems for a variety of different types of acquisitions, which are used throughout the different buying and selling seasons of the year. He has developed systems for Subject to Purchases, Short Sale Purchases, Cash, Conventional, Owner Financing, Short term, Long Term, Lease Options, Equity Contracts, IRA, Asset Protection, Master leases, and last position loans.
